PURPOSE: Provided is a loess antibacterial paint emitting anions suitable to be used in a wall, floor or furniture in a house, which has an ability of emitting anions in a large amount derived from createion powder and antibacterial property derived from silver. CONSTITUTION: The anion-loess antibacterial paint is prepared by the method comprising the steps of: (a) providing 1000 g of a water soluble acrylic adhesive having the solid content of 40%; (b) providing 300 g of loess powder; (c) providing 20 g of createion powder (available from CREATEION JAPAN); (d) pulverizing 100 g of silver mass into fine particles, introducing the silver particles into a bath containing 200 ml of nitric acid to dissolve the silver particles, and adding sodium hydroxide solution to control the pH to 7.5 and to obtain 100 g of crystalline powder; (e) dissolving the crystalline powder into 1000 ml of water to form a silver colloid solution; and (f) mixing 20 ml of the silver colloid solution of step (e) with the acrylic adhesive of the step (a), the loess powder of the step (b) and the createion powder of step (c).
