PURPOSE: A mobile massage plate with an integral cold and hot air generating device is provided to relieve one's fatigue more quickly and effectively to keep the body healthy by providing a variety of massage mats, massage beds and massage chairs of high quality and high grade with an integral cold and hot air generating device. CONSTITUTION: A cold and hot air generating device(200) with an electric heater and a blast fan is formed integrally to a mobile massage plate(40) movably disposed by a driving motor(30) and a variety of driving units(31) connected to the driving motor(30) in order to conduct the massage and finger pressure massage functions by having a massage apparatus, a finger pressure apparatus, etc. in various kinds of physical therapy apparatuses such as a massage mat, a massage bed, a massage chair or the like. A cold air or a hot air is selected upon conducting massaging, finger pressure, etc., to be transferred to the backbone more efficiently, thereby enabling to apply a cold or hot pack thereto.
