PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing seasoned laver by using a mixture of cocoa and salt. Therefore, the manufactured seasoned laver contains various kinds of functional components of cocoa and has prevention effect on adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing seasoned laver by using cocoa, it is characterized by technically coating chocolate on the surface of salt. The mixing ratio of salt to cholate is 75%:25%. The surface of salt is coated with chocolate by heating salt at 40-50 deg.C in a rotating container, and adding chocolate powder thereto.
