CULTURAL CONDITION FOR THE MYCELIAL GROWTH AND THE MYCELIUM PREPARED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: Provided are a manufacture method of mushroom mycelium using corn as a medium and mushroom mycelium manufactured thereby. The manufactured mushroom mycelium is applied to the manufacture of foods and feed additives. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture method of mushroom mycelium comprises the steps of: inoculating an inoculant seed of mushroom into a medium of pH 4.5-7 containing corn as a main ingredient; culturing the medium for 25-50 days at 20-35 deg.C and under the humidity of 75-95%; and drying and pulverizing the cultured medium with cultured mycelium.
