APPARATUS FOR DRAWING OUT FINE COAL BLOWING LANCE AND REFORMING DEFLECTED PORTION THEREOF IN BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for pulling out and correcting pulverized coal injection lance of blast furnace is provided to correct a part of the lance bent due to insertion of the lance into tuyere of the blast furnace as easily pulling out the lance along a length direction of the lance by firmly holding an exposed part of the pulverized coal injection lance. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(10) comprises a guide frame(12) one end of which is arranged adjacently to tuyere of blast furnace, and which is extended from the lance along a length direction of a lance exposed from the tuyere of the blast furnace; a lance holding part(14) which is movably adhered to one side of the guide frame, and the inner circumference of which is engaged with the outer circumference of an exposed part of the lance so that the lance holding part firmly grabs the lance; a lance driving part for reciprocating the lance holding part along a length direction of the guide frame; a lance correction part(17) which is fixed adjacently to one end of the guide frame, center of which together with center of the lance holding part are formed in a straight line parallel to a length direction of the guide frame, and the inner circumferential circle of which approximately corresponds to the outer circumferential circle of the lance or is somewhat larger than the outer circumferential circle of the lance so as to correct the bent part of the lance as passing the lance pulled out of the tuyere of the blast furnace by the lance holding part and driving part through the lance correction part; and a supporting part for supporting the guide frame, wherein the holding part comprises holding frame and sliding plate(15), the lance correction part comprises correction frame and fixed plate, the supporting part comprises guide frame angle adjusting parts(26,27), power part(29) and moving means(31,32), and the lance driving part comprises chain(25), driving motor(21) and electric powered means.
