PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal for a credit transaction and a credit transaction system using the same are provided to improve the stability of a credit transaction by recording information necessary for a credit transaction in a credit transaction chip, reading information recorded in the credit transaction chip in a payment terminal, and deciding an approval of a credit transaction on condition that the credit transaction chip is mounted in a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(100) includes a credit transaction chip unit. A payment terminal(300) reads credit transaction necessary information in the credit transaction chip unit and decides an approval of a credit transaction. A mobile communication company(200) supplies credit transaction necessary information in the credit transaction chip unit at any time.
