PURPOSE: A method for offering an Internet application service using a character based on a real picture image is provided to offer a tool for making diverse types of characters shaped like a user in real-time through the real picture image, and perform the Internet application service by using the tool. CONSTITUTION: A character generating program to generate the characters by using the real picture image inputted through a camera is transmitted to a user terminal through the online(S41). The character generated by the character generating program is received from the user terminal and is stored in a database(S42). When the Internet application server is offered, the user selects the character by transmitting the character of the user stored in the database to the user terminal(S43). The Internet application service is offered to the user by processing the image selected by the user into an image expressing the user(S44).
