NONPOLLUTING AND NONTOXIC DETERGENT COMPOSITION FOR KITCHEN

PURPOSE: A dishwashing detergent composition which is excellent in cleaning power, rinsability, skin protection, and biodegradability, is non-toxic to human body and hardly causes water pollution, is provided by using lipopolysaccharide-lipid, olive oil-hydrolyzed wheat protein, sophorose lipid, trehalose-lipid in a specified amount. CONSTITUTION: The dishwashing detergent composition comprises 1-30 pts.wt. of lipopolysaccharide-lipid, 1-10 pts.wt. of olive oil-hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.1-5 pts.wt. of sophorose lipid, 1-10 pts.wt. of trehalose-lipid, and the balance of water.
