PROBE FOR DETECTING CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS DETECTION KIT AND DETECTION METHOD FOR CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A probe for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis, a kit for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis containing the same, and a method for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis using the same are provided, thereby improving detection accuracy and time of Chlamydia trachomatis. CONSTITUTION: A probe for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis is selected from oligonucleotides having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 11, and oligonucleotides having the nucleotide sequences complementary with the oligonucleotides of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 11. It complementarily binds with the nucleic acid of Chlamydia trachomatis. A DNA chip for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis comprises one or more kinds of probes selected from oligonucleotides having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 11, and oligonucleotides having the nucleotide sequences complementary with the oligonucleotides of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 11. A kit for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis comprises (a) the DNA chip for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis, (b) a primer for PCR of the sample DNA of Chlamydia trachomatis, and (c) a labeling unit for detecting the amplified DNA hybridized with the DNA chip.
