INTERNET-BASED REMOTE SUPERVISORY CONTROL SYSTEM OF EGG GRADER AND METHOD PROCESSING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A remote controlling/monitoring system for an egg sorter based on the Internet and a processing method thereof are provided to largely improve work efficiency and productivity by controlling/monitoring every particulars for the egg sorter in a remote place through the online. CONSTITUTION: Connecting to the egg sorter(18), an egg sorter controller(12) collects data such as an operation state and results of the egg sorter, transmits the instruction data related to the operation as a file form, and monitors/controls the operation of the egg sorter. Communicating with the egg sorter controller in the remote place through the Internet network(11), a maker monitor(14) receives/analyzes/processes the data collected by the egg sorter controller, monitors the egg sorter controller, and controls the operation of the egg sorter controller. A system operation server(15) processes a P2P(Peer-to-Peer) connection path(10) between the egg sorter controller and the maker monitor by communicating with the egg sorter controller and the maker monitor through the Internet network.
