PURPOSE: A method for producing a dinuclear transition metal complex for olefin polymerization is provided, thereby carrying out reaction under mild condition of room temperature or more, removing a process for preparing tetra anion which is unstable to air or water, and producing no by-product. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a dinuclear transition metal complex of the formula (2) for olefin polymerization comprises reacting cyclopentadienyl ligand compound of formula (1) of Cp-Si(R)2HNANHSi(R)2-Cp, with a transition metal substituent, wherein A is C2-30 alkylene, arylene, substituted arylene, cycloalkylene, substituted cycloalkylene, biarylene, or substituted biarylene; Cp is a ligand with cyclopentadienyl selected from cyclopentadienyl, substituted cyclopentadienyl, indenyl, substituted indenyl, fluorenyl, and substituted fluorenyl; R is C1-20 alkyl; H is hydrogen, Si is silicone; N is nitrogen; M is titanium, zirconium or hafnium; and X is halogen or C1-6 alkyl.
