PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing a porous polymer support for tissue engineering, which can control porosity and pore size of the inside of the polymer support by controlling the centrifugal force in a centrifugation process, give uniform porosity to the inside and the outside of pores, and give various shapes to the support. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the porous polymer support comprises the steps of: crosslinking a biocompatible polymer or soaking in a non-solvent and stirring strongly to produce a solution containing a floating polymer having a similar state to fiber; washing the solution containing the floating polymer with ultra-pure water by a centrifugation to produce the floating polymer having the similar state to fiber; depositing the floating polymer in a mold by the centrifugation. The biocompatible polymer is at least one or two selected from sodium alginate, chitosan, collagen, gelatin, hyaluronic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyacrylic acid, polyacryl amide, polyglycolic acid, a polylactic-glycolic acid copolymer, polydioxanone, and etc.
