PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for fractional distilling benzene and toluene from outflow mixture of naphtha reforming reactor are provided to reduce energy consumption by performing fractional distillation using a heat combination type distillation column and reduce facility cost of the heat exchanger by reducing capacity of heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: The energy saving type apparatus for fractional distilling benzene and toluene from outflow mixture of naphtha reforming reactor is characterized in that the apparatus is a heat combination type distillation column which is consisted of pretreatment column and main column, and in which reboiler and cooler are not installed in the pretreatment column, and the reboiler and cooler are installed in the main column. The energy saving type method for fractional distilling benzene and toluene from outflow mixture of naphtha reforming reactor is characterized in that feedstock (F) is supplied to a pretreatment column in which reboiler and cooler are not installed, and the feedstock is moved to a main column equipped with the reboiler and cooler from upper and lower parts of the pretreatment column according to boiling point of the feedstock so that the feedstock is fractional distilled into respective constituents in the main column, where the feedstock is a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons obtained in the naphtha reforming reactor, and wherein the respective constituents separated from the main column are constituents having low boiling point such as benzene (D) and toluene (S).
