PURPOSE: An apparatus for diagnosing deterioration of a driven neutral reactor is provided to diagnose a state of deterioration by measuring voltage and current of the neutral reactor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for diagnosing deterioration of a neutral reactor includes a voltage measurement circuit(4), a current measurement circuit(6), a deterioration decision unit(7), and a deterioration display unit(8). The voltage measurement circuit(4) measures voltages of both ends of a neutral reactor(1) by using an insulating bar(2) and nippers(3) and processes and obtains voltage information. The current measurement circuit(6) obtains current information by measuring the current between a clamp type converter(5) and the neutral reactor. The deterioration decision unit(7) decides the deterioration by comparing impedance of the neutral reactor to initial impedance. The deterioration display unit(8) is connected to the deterioration decision unit in order to display a state of the neutral reactor.
