PURPOSE: A multi-language short message service and multimedia message service interactive global service system is provided to allow users to transmit/receive multimedia contents without being restricted by the operating system and language. CONSTITUTION: A method for providing a multi-language short message service and multimedia message service interactive global service system comprises a step(301,302) of inputting user data; a step(303) of permitting a user to select a sample of multimedia contents; a step(305) of classifying and transmitting the multimedia data input by the user; a step(308) of translating the character data when the user has requested a translation of character data; a step(310) of processing data; and a step(312) of transmitting the processed data to the mobile communication terminal of the message receiving party.
