摘要

PURPOSE: An organic compound having a core-shell structure, its preparation method and a semiconductor containing the compound are provided, to improve semiconducting property, film forming property, thermal stability and antiaging property and to allow it to be easily dissolved in a common solvent for the easy processing from solution. CONSTITUTION: The organic compound having a core-shell structure comprises a core comprising a polyfunctional unit; and a shell of a linear conjugated oligomer chain bonded with a flexible unconjugated chain at terminal bonding point. Preferably the organic compound has a core-shell structure represented by K-(-L-R)n, wherein K is an n-reactive core; L is a linear conjugated oligomer chain; R is a linear or branched C2-C20 alkyl group, a linear or branched mono-unsaturated or poly-unsaturated C2-C20 alkenyl group, a linear or branched C2-C20 alkoxy group, a C2-C20 aralkyl group, a C2-C20 oligoether group, or a C2-C20 polyether group; and n is an integer of 3 or more. Preferably the core contains a dendritic structure. The organic compound is prepared by organometallic reaction.
