PURPOSE: A microlens array, a fabricating method and device thereof and a projection LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) to enhance the use efficiency of light are provided to reduce an equipment cost by simplifying the fabricating method of the microlens array. CONSTITUTION: The first microlens array(12) is fabricated. A layer made of photosensitive material is formed. A horizontal light having intensity distribution corresponding to the shape of the second microlens array(14) is irradiated on the first microlens array. A tranmission light which transmits the first microlens array is irradiated on the layer made of the photosensitive material to form the second microlens array.
