PURPOSE: Provided are a process for producing a medium fertilizer for cyanobacteria growth, the medium fertilizer for the cyanobacteria growth by the process, a method for growing crops by using the fertilizer, and high calcium agricultural products grown by the method. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the medium fertilizer for the cyanobacteria growth contains the steps of: dissolving 0.25-1wt% of magnesium in 1-10wt% of sea water; mixing the magnesium dissolved sea water with 60-85wt% of organic wastes; inoculating 10wt% or less of a zymogen into the mixture and fermenting; mixing the fermented resultant with 1-4wt% of calcium and reacting for 3-5min; drying the resultant to have the moisture content of 5-35wt%; inoculating 1wt% or less of the cyanobacteria into the dried resultant. And the method for growing crops is performed by applying the medium fertilizer for the cyanobacteria growth to the soil.
