PURPOSE: An EA(Evolutionary Algorithm) applying method for beam formation in a wireless communication system is provided to apply an EA for optimizing a beam emitted from a base station to an MS(Mobile Station). CONSTITUTION: A transmission system judges fitness using a C/I(Carrier/Interference) ratio transmitted from an MS by the first population, and generates the second population according to the fitness(S501). The transmission system mutually exchanges uniform bits with each individual series of the generated second population, and generates the third population(S501). The transmission system changes a part of bits of an individual series with the highest fitness in the third population to inverse bits, generates the fourth population, and transmits the fourth population to an MS(S501). The transmission system reallocates the individual series using a C/I radio transmitted from the MS by the fourth population(S502). If a current condition is identical to a condition for ending the optimization of a transmission beam(S503-S508), the transmission system completes beam optimization(S509).
