PURPOSE: Provided is a sludge scraper for compulsively and completely collecting and eliminating floating sludge in a sedimentation tank for preventing overflow of sludge to a treated water discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION: The sludge scraper rotating on a center pillar(102) fixed at the center of a sedimentation tank for eliminating floating sludge, comprises a sludge collection unit with a sludge collection plate(14) which is fixed to a cylinder(12) installed in a side of a lower portion of a scrapper body, located to face a scraper arm(204), and vertically moves for eliminating sludge floated on the surface of water between the scraper arms(204); and a sludge discharge unit with a rail(32) provided in the scraper body, a moving object sliding along the rail(32), and a sludge skimmer(36) provided under the moving object for discharging the collected sludge to a sludge discharge box.
