AN APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLYING A HYDRAULIC NUT WITH A ROLL JOURNAL AND DISASSEMBLYING THE HYDRAULIC NUT FROM THE ROLL JOURNAL AND GRINDING THE SAME HUDRAULIC NUT

PURPOSE: An apparatus for disassembling, assembling and grinding roll journal part of roll assembling hydraulic nut is provided to promptly disassemble the hydraulic nut from the roll journal part without extra jig and manual operation of operator and simply grind scratches generated on the inner circumferential surface of the hydraulic nut. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) comprises a hydraulic nut disassembling and assembling part(10) comprising a rotation plate(20) rotationally installed on a fixed plate(18) installed on first moving box(14) in such a way that the fixed plate is vertically moved by first cylinder, wherein the first moving box is moved back and forth on first frame(12) arranged at one side of roll resting stand, a four directional fixed stand(24) installed on an upper part of the rotation plate in such a way that the fixed stand is rotationally driven by motor(22), and a fixed pad(28) installed at rod of second cylinders(26) vertically and horizontally installed on an end part of the fixed stand so that the fixed pad assembles the hydraulic nut into the roll journal part and disassembles the hydraulic nut from the roll journal part; and a hydraulic nut grinding part(60) comprising rails(64) installed on second frame(62) installed in rear of the first frame so that disassembled hydraulic nut is rested and transferred on the rails; hydraulic nut fixing plates driven by third cylinder(65) installed at a lower side of the rails, second moving box(70) that is installed on third frame(68) installed in rear of central fixed plate(66a) in such a way that the second moving box is moved back and forth, and a grinding wheel(76) connected to a motor(74) horizontally arranged on fourth cylinder(72) vertically installed on the moving box to grind the inner diameter surface of the hydraulic nut on the rails.
