PURPOSE: An electric-motor vehicle for maintaining constant driving performance and a method of obtaining map data on an electric-motor vehicle are provided to obtain the constant driving performance by maintaining an RPM-torque characteristic corresponding to a predetermined value when a voltage of electric power is more than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION: An electric-motor vehicle includes an electric motor and an electric motor control unit. The electric motor(28) is used for driving wheels of the electric-motor vehicle by using electric power. The electric motor control unit(30) controls driving states of the electric motor. The electric motor control unit performs a control operation to maintain a rotation number-torque characteristic corresponding to the predetermined value when the voltage of the electric power is more than a predetermined level.
