METHOD FOR OFFERING USER AUTHENTICATION SERVICE BASED ON NETWORK USING SPEAKER CERTIFICATION TECHNOLOGY AND DEVICE FOR PERFORMING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for offering a user authentication service based on a network using a speaker authentication technology and a device for performing the same are provided to give an outbound call to a telephone number requested from a user if a user voice registration request signal is received from the user using electronic financial transaction. CONSTITUTION: The user performs the financial transaction by connecting to a web server(30) and inputting a current licensed certificate password, an account password, a transfer password, and a security card password. The web server requests the usable telephone number to perform the voice authentication to the user. After the user inputs the telephone number, the web server transmits a speaker authentication request signal to a speaker authentication client(60). The speaker authentication client gives the call to the telephone number included in the signal received from the web server, and transfers the voice inputted from the user and a user ID to a speaker authentication server(100). The speaker authentication server informs the speaker authentication client of an authentication result.
