PURPOSE: A loading spring segment, a turbine rotor and bucket assembly, and a method for assembling turbine buckets to the rotor are provided to reduce the number of parts and the assembling time and to uniformly charge the turbine buckets in the radial direction without breakage of the turbine buckets and/or the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A loading spring segment(38) for radially charging a turbine bucket in a turbine rotor groove includes a circular metal sheet and plural radial slots(46). A gap is formed between opposed edges of the circular metal sheet. The circular metal sheet defines an arc segment to an arc length part of the spring segment. The radial slots are separated along the arc longitudinal direction and plural individual springs(44) are formed in the arc segment.
