PURPOSE: Provided are microcapsules containing vitamin E and/or medicinal natural oils, which are readily broken by weak friction, and permit vitamin E and/or medicinal natural oils to penetrate skins continuously when used in an absorbing article. CONSTITUTION: The microcapsules are prepared by the method comprising the steps of: adding Johnson & Johnson's powder-scented oil to either or both of vitamin E and medicinal natural oil; agitating them with an emulsifier at a speed of 8,000-15,000 rpm to finely disperse and emulsify them; forming prepolymer solution by using either of urea and melamine, formaldehyde and water; and adding a weak acidic additive to the prepolymer solution to polymerize the mixture at 55-65 deg.C. The microcapsules have an average particle diameter of 1-50 micrometers.
