PURPOSE: A method for placing an end of a push rod for a brake actuator and a device thereof are provided to decrease tolerance and to reduce setup time by deciding the entire length of the push rod and the ball end to the mounting surface accurately and reducing fluctuation of the entire length. CONSTITUTION: A brake system(20) is composed of a brake actuator(22), a caliper(26) gripping a disk brake in braking, a push rod(40), a ball end(44) connected to the push rod, and an arm(28) transmitting force from the ball end to the caliper. A force transfer member is movably arranged between the push rod and the ball end, and solidified after the passage of time. The push rod is pushed by the actuator in stepping on a brake pedal by a driver, and spaced from a mounting face(32) to push the ball end. The arm is pushed by the ball end and turned around a pivot(34), and the disk brake is gripped by the caliper. The entire length of the push rod and the ball end to the mounting surface has the influence on rotation of the pivot and braking.
