PURPOSE: A wrap paper device for producing wrap paper-type school things is provided to reduce the cost of maintenance by enabling production of many kinds of writing implements having core bars of each different thickness without replacement of a roller and a belt and enabling production of writing implements for hours without replacement of a power transmission belt. CONSTITUTION: In a wrap paper device for producing wrap paper-type school things, plural post plates(11) maintaining uniform intervals are mounted on a base(10) and cover plates(12) are symmetrically settled to the sides of the post plates, to form a body(1). A wrap paper part(2) is formed to an upper side of the body. In the wrap paper part, plural rollers(5) are disposed between the cover plates, reference rollers are formed to the outside of the cover plates by symmetrically disposing and mounting plural mounting pieces to the outside of the cover plates by bearings, and power transmission rotation units are mounted to the ends of each roller. Operating devices(3) are combined to the other sides of the mounting pieces, one-sides of which are mounted with the mounting rollers, by connecting pieces. The operating devices are symmetrical to the cover plates. A driving device(4) is disposed to one cover plate and the driving device comprises a motor and a power transmission unit at a predetermined distance from the operating device.
