PURPOSE: A liquid injection method and a liquid injection device are provided to improve the quality of image by reducing the displacement of landing position between plural liquid drops for forming a dot and by stabilizing the injection amount of liquid drops. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle member(19) has a nozzle(20), and an ink chamber(21) has a heating resistor(18). Liquid drop groups(30) are injected continuously from the nozzle by applying a pulse signal to the heating resistor. To inject liquid, liquid is charged in the liquid chamber, and liquid drops are injected from the liquid chamber through the nozzle by supplying the pulse signal to the injection energy generating unit of the liquid chamber. The injection amount of liquid drop is injected continuously from the nozzle to the land point according to the pulse signal, and fixed corresponding to the frequency band of the pulse signal. Liquid is injected by variably controlling the driving frequency of the pulse signal within the frequency band.
