PURPOSE: An optical transceiver module by using a laser micro fabrication and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to fabricate the convex and concave portions of the optical device by using a laser micro fabrication technology. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an optical transceiver module by using a laser micro fabrication includes the steps of: forming an optical device(350) for receiving and transmitting the optical signal; analyzing the insertion groove(344) shape and position of the optical fiber(360) by using a laser micro fabrication system; forming the insertion groove(344) to receive the optical fiber(360) by illuminating the laser beam at the laser micro fabrication system; and attaching the optical fiber(360) to the insertion groove(344) after the optical path of the optical device(350) is passive aligned to the core of the optical fiber(360).
