PURPOSE: A serial simultaneous quick charging apparatus is provided to charge batteries in a uniform manner by independently controlling each of unit cells. CONSTITUTION: A serial simultaneous quick charging apparatus comprises a micro computer for outputting a battery control signal corresponding to the size of the battery; a PWM control unit for outputting battery charging current and a signal of duty ratio corresponding to the battery control signal applied from the micro computer; a battery charging unit(3) for charging the battery in accordance with the charge control signal applied from the micro computer; a battery size sensing unit(4) for sensing the size of the battery accommodated in the battery charging unit, and applying the sensing signal to the micro computer through terminals; and a battery voltage sensing unit(5) for sensing the battery charging voltage and applying a comparative output voltage to the micro computer. The battery charging unit includes an NPN transistor(Q11) having a base for receiving the charge control signal through a resistor(R11), an emitter connected to a ground terminal, and a collector connected to a power voltage; a PNP transistor(Q12) having a base connected to the power voltage through a resistor(R12), and an emitter connected to the power voltage in parallel to the resistor(R12); an N-type MOSFET(Q13) having a gate connected to the collector of the PNP transistor, a drain for receiving charging current from the PWM control unit, and a source connected to a resistor(R15) and a contact(a2); a diode(D11) having an anode where charging current is applied from the PWM control unit; battery charging terminals(P11 to P14) connected between the cathode of the diode and the contact(a2); and terminals(P15,P16) connected between the terminal(P13) and the contact(a2).
