PURPOSE: A method for adjusting an electromagnetic coupling characteristic on a non-contact power supply system, a power supply device, and a non-contact power supply system are provided to reduce heat generation due to a power difference of supplying powers by using a simple structure and extend an available distance of a semiconductor device from the power supply device without increasing the supply power. CONSTITUTION: A read/writer device(1) comprises an oscillator(10), an amplifier(11), adjusting condensers(12,13), and an antenna coil(14). The RF(Radio Frequency) output from the oscillator is amplified in the amplifier and supplied to the antenna coil. The first adjusting condenser is serially connected to the antenna coil and the second adjusting condenser is parallel connected to the antenna coil. An IC card(2) comprises the antenna coil(20), a resonant condenser(21), a rectifier(22), and an IC card logic unit(23). A transmission efficiency is increased by making the parallel resonant condenser resonate with a magnetic inductance of the antenna coil.
