Hotel-oriented reservation vicarious system based on CRM.

PURPOSE: A hotel centered reservation agency system is provided to enable a member hotel to offer lodging and transport information to other member hotels. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises several steps. A hotel subscribes for a service web site as a member while the hotel inputs data on the hotel, customers, a location and others, and receives a member management number and a secret code(S10). A member hotel customizes data on hotels, touring, customers, locations and others offered by the service web site(S11, S12). A customer accesses the service web site, inputs an itinerary, a touring place, and a wanted hotel name, and requests a reservation(S13). The member hotel searches for a hotel based on the customer request and inclination. The member hotel executes a reservation as a proxy with a searched hotel. The searched hotel approves the reservation, and processes a check-in and a check-out procedure. The member hotel checks a reservation state and settles a fare with the reserved hotel.
