PURPOSE: A system for reducing electric power using waste heat of reheating furnace is provided to control and maintain temperature of related heating tank by recovering waste heat of the reheating furnace, thereby heating hot water using the recovered waste heat of the reheating furnace. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a reheating furnace circulation water heat exchanger(50) capable of recovering waste heat of the reheating furnace; reheating furnace circulation water control valves(110) for improving efficiency of heat exchange in the reheating furnace circulation water heat exchanger and controlling temperature and flow rate of first skid pipe; reheating furnace waste heat recovering control valves(111) for controlling flow rate and temperature of oil line circulating hot water; a hot water supply cutout valve(95) for supplying the oil line circulating hot water into a heating tank(1) or blocking supply of the oil line circulating hot water into the heating tank; a heating tank temperature controlling valve(93) capable of constantly maintaining temperature of the heating tank to a target value; manual valves(96) capable of blocking the circulating hot water when the hot water supply cutout valve and the heating tank temperature controlling valve are in the abnormal state or repaired; a return cutout valve(94) for sending the heat exchanged oil line circulating hot water back to a return line and preventing the oil line circulating hot water from flowing back into the heating tank; a manual valve(97) for cutting out the oil line circulating hot water when the return cutout valve is in abnormal state; a hot water heater for heating the heating tank; a thermometer(32) for detecting temperature of the heating tank; a control panel(90); and an operator graphic panel(91) for monitoring and controlling temperature of the heating tank.
