PURPOSE: A laser sintering powder, its preparation method, a molded product prepared by laser sintering and its preparation method are provided, to improve appearance, surface characteristics and mechanical properties such as elastic modulus and elongation at break compared with a polyamide 12 powder-based molded product and to obtain a density similar to that of an injection molded product. CONSTITUTION: The laser sintering powder comprises at least one polyamide; and at least one metal soap selected from the group consisting of salts of a fatty acid of C10 or more, a montanic acid and a dimer acid. Preferably the laser sintering powder is prepared by dissolving or suspending a polyamide powder obtained by reprecipitation or pulverization in an organic solvent and mixing the solution with the metal soap, or mixing the coagulated one with the metal soap. Also the laser sintering powder is prepared by mixing the metal soap with the molten polyamide, and precipitating or pulverizing the obtained metal soap-containing polyamide. Preferably the number of carbon atoms per a carboxamide group in the polyamide is 8 or more.
