PURPOSE: A tubular circulation flow layer is provided to remove dioxin and to suppress the regeneration of the dioxin by forming a circulation flow layer inside a vertical raising pipe. CONSTITUTION: A casing has an exhaust gas outlet(100), an exhaust gas inlet(50) and a solid particle outlet. Many vertical raising pipes(10) are upward moving passages of exhaust gas. Many vertical falling pipes(20) are located around the vertical raising pipes. The vertical falling pipes are downward moving passages of the exhaust gas. A cooling device absorbs the heat of the exhaust gas by shielding the vertical raising pipes and the vertical falling pipes. A perforated pipe(30) is located under the vertical raising pipes and the vertical falling pipes. The perforated pipe is provided to arrange a space to mix the exhaust gas through the vertical falling pipes and the exhaust gas of the exhaust gas inlet, and discharges generated dust mass downward. A solid particle separator(90) separates solid particles by installing on the vertical raising pipes and the vertical falling pipes. Thereby, dioxin is reduced.
