SPIDER AND CONNECTING PART OF SPIDER FOR PREVENTING SEPARATION OF TRACK OF ROLLER OF ROLLER BEARING IN OUTER PERIPHERY OF TRUNNION AND IMPROVING BENDING RIGIDITY AGAINST FATIGUE

摘要

PURPOSE: A spider and a connecting part of the spider are provided to improve the reliability and the durability of the spider by increasing bending rigidity against fatigue and preventing separation of the roller track of a roller bearing in the outer periphery of the trunnion. CONSTITUTION: A spider has four trunnions(41-44) with plural roller bearings. A recessed groove(46) is arranged in the end of the trunnion, and composed of a bottom region(46a) spherically formed and an opening part(46b) excluding the bottom region. The bore of the opening part is increased for the opening end of the recessed groove. The depth from the opening edge of the recessed groove to the deepest portion is 30 to 70 % of the axial length of the roller. The rigidity of the trunnion of the spider is increased by arranging the punch ball type recessed groove.
