METHOD FOR FORMATING EMBOSS OF NAPPING TEXTILE

PURPOSE: A process for forming a stereo pattern of a brushed fabrics is provided to form the various patterns, to nap easily and to fasten the pattern to the fabrics firmly. CONSTITUTION: The process for forming the stereo pattern of the brushed fabrics comprises the steps of: printing an adhesive in a determined shape on a surface of a film; combining the film with the adhesive printed on and a brushed fabrics and heat treating it; aging the combined film and brushed fabrics; and separating the film from the brushed fabrics. The film is PET(polyethylene terephthalate) film. The adhesive is a mixture of a curable resin and an organic solvent.
