COMPLEX PANEL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPLEX PANEL, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A complex panel is provided to have a proper strength and structure, thereby the complex panel can be used as interior and exterior decoration materials in a construction field. CONSTITUTION: The complex panel comprises; a pair of decoration panels(11,31) having a lot of convexes(12,32) in the one side, a lot of concaves(13,33) in the opposite side, a core(21) being placed between the pair of decoration panels(11,31) and formed to have continuous winkle(22). The upper and lower sides of the core(21) are adhered to the panels(11,31) respectively by using a bonding agent.
