A COLUMN TYPE LOAD CELL FOR MONITORING A HIGH WEIGHT OVER 1000TONS AND THE MOUNTING METHOD OF STRAIN-GAUGE

PURPOSE: A cylinder-type load cell having large capacity and method for attaching strain gauge to load cell are provided to manufacture the high capacity load cell having superior precision and lightweight by sticking the stain gauge. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder-type load cell having large capacity employs a non-linear characteristic and has a lightweight structure by reducing a characteristic of a load cell. The load cell causes the highest variation rate by combination of an inclined section(4) and a planar section(5). Parts excluding the load cell have variation rates as low as possible. The load cell has a high load. The load cell is designed within a weight of about 300kg. The method for attaching a strain gauge to the load cell defines a non-linear coefficient for determining an optimal sticking position of the strain gauge.
