PURPOSE: A mortar filling method with an improved reinforced protective umbrella method is provided to maximize the injection efficiency by preventing the counterflow of mortar and the solidification of mortar in a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: The mortar filling method with an improved reinforced protective umbrella method comprises the steps of perforating many holes(1) along the outline of a tunnel, inserting a steel pipe(2) provided with non-return valves(3) into each perforated hole(1), caulking an interval between an opening of the perforated hole(1) and the steel pipe(2) with caulking materials(4), inserting an injection pipe(6) attached with a packer(5) in the steel pipe(2) and moving from the inner front of the steel pipe(2) to an opening, then discharging mortar and other injection materials at the appointed pressure to open the non-return valve(3) and to fill in the steel pipe(2) and in a peripheral gap.
