PURPOSE: A device to apply a hair product for highlight is provided which is very suitable for applying a hair product to many strands of hair by oneself. CONSTITUTION: The device(1) to apply a hair product for highlight has an application unit(2) to retain a quantity of a coloring dye and a fixing unit(5) placed in the application unit(2). The fixing unit(5) is placed on an exterior face(13) opposed to an interior face(26) to define a tank(27). Coloring dye in the tank(27) is freed by manually pinching walls(28) of the tank(27) during a longitudinal displacement of the device(1) relating to a hair strand.
