PURPOSE: A method for managing a protection target based on a position is provided to periodically monitor a voice call and a position of a protection target(children or the elderly people) by using a phone number subscribed for a mobile communication provider. CONSTITUTION: When a mobile terminal originates a call(301), a network control station of a mobile communication provider checks a destination number(302). If the destination number is identical to an origination number, the network control station checks whether use of a mobile terminal unit has been requested(304). If the destination number is identical to the origination number and use of the mobile terminal unit has been requested, the network control station regards that the call is desired to be connected to the mobile terminal unit and connects the call to the mobile terminal unit(306).
