DEVICE FOR COOLING OIL AND IMPROVING PERFORMANCE OF FLOW SEPARATOR FOR HOSE IMPULSE TESTER

PURPOSE: A device for cooling oil is provided to improve the performance of a flow separator for a hose impulse tester and to extend the life span of the hose impulse tester. CONSTITUTION: A flow separator increases and decreases the pressure of the oil in a test hose(12). A solenoid valve(2) is protected from high-temperature oil by a separate hydraulic line. The oil supplied to an oil pipe(4) from an oil tank(7) is cooled by a low temperature while passing through an oil cooler(1). The cooled oil is transferred to a solenoid valve(2) via an oil pipe(5). The path to a pilot check valve(3) is opened and closed by the solenoid valve.
