PURPOSE: A multi-connection distributive base station device using an analog optical transmission extension in a mobile communication system and a repeater device is provided to connect plural remote units in serial by overcoming restrictions on an extended distance between a main unit and the remote units or repeaters, thereby contributing to an improvement of QoS of a mobile communication service. CONSTITUTION: A main unit(1000) converts an analog RF signal into an optical signal to transmit the optical signal, and converts an inputted optical signal into an analog RF signal to perform modulation/demodulation, IF/RF conversion, and encoding/decoding functions. Plural remote units(2000) are connected to the main unit(1000) in serial, convert a forward analog optical signal into an electrical signal to branch the signal into two paths, and amplify an electrical RF signal in one path to convert the signal into an optical signal again. The remote units(2000) service an electrical RF signal of the other path to terminals, convert a reverse analog optical signal into an electrical signal to amplify the signal, and combine the amplified signal with self electrical RF signals. The combined signals are converted into optical signals, and the optical signals are transmitted.
