PURPOSE: A heating fabric wire and a heat generator using the same are provided to reduce power consumption, prevent limitation in space and time and allow for use of a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A heating fabric wire is made of a metallic yarn, natural fiber including wool hair, far infrared silk yarn produced through a far infrared processing and a flexible synthetic yarn. The natural fiber having a length of 1cm is wound with the metallic yarn by 3 to 64 turns. The metallic yarn is knitted into a circular fabric rod wire having a hollow center by a circular knitting machine. The fabric rod wire is pressed into a flat rod wire, and the surface of the rod wire is wrapped with a natural fiber including wool hair, to thereby produce a heating fabric wire.
