PURPOSE: A tissue culture method of Dionaea Muscipula is provided, thereby mass-producing Dionaea Muscipula within a short time, so that this method is useful for flowering industry. CONSTITUTION: The tissue culture method of Dionaea Muscipula comprises the steps of: placing and culturing tissue of Dionaea Muscipula on a culturing medium containing 1.0 mg/l of BA, 50,000 mg/l of sucrose and 8,000 mg/l of agar in 1/2 MS medium and having pH 5.0 to induce calluses of Dionaea Muscipula; and transplanting the calluses of Dionaea Muscipula on a growth medium containing 80 mg/l of adenine, 1.0 mg/l of BA, 50,000 mg/l of sucrose and 8,000 mg/l of agar in 1/2 MS medium and culturing them to regenerate shoots of Dionaea Muscipula, wherein the tissue of Dionaea Muscipula is obtained from flower stalk of Dionaea Muscipula; and the regenerated shoots of Dionaea Muscipula are subcultured at intervals of 30-45 days.
