AUTOMATIC CALL FORWARDING METHOD IN COMPOSITE WIRELESS TERMINAL-BASED WIRED/WIRELESS INTEGRATED SERVICE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An automatic call forwarding method in a composite wireless terminal-based wired/wireless integrated service system is provided to automatically attempt call termination through another network, without reattempting call setup to another network, in the case of termination failure for a composite wireless terminal that provides a cordless phone function and a mobile communication function. CONSTITUTION: If an originating call for a mobile phone number is received for a composite wireless terminal through a mobile network(S210), a BSC(Base Station Controller) transmits the originating call to the mobile phone number and attempts call termination(S212). In case that the termination attempt failed, the BSC asks a wired/wireless integrated service control station whether the user of the composite wireless terminal is a service subscriber(S214). If a service subscriber confirmed signal containing a call-available phone number is received from the wired/wireless integrated service control station(S216), the BSC transmits an originating call to the call-available phone number and attempts call termination again(S218). If the termination attempt failed too, the BSC requests the wired/wireless integrated service control station to send another phone number(S220).
