PURPOSE: A method of producing detoxified sulfur fed chicken egg or duck egg by boiling a chicken egg or a duck egg in detoxified sulfur water obtained by treating sulfur with loess is provided. The product promotes blood circulation and has regeneration capacity and activity of cutaneous cells. CONSTITUTION: A mixture containing 50 to 70% by weight of loess and 20 to 50% by weight of sulfur is added with water in a weight ratio of 3:7 and then heated for 1 to 2hr at 100deg.C to give detoxified sulfur water. Thereafter, an egg or a duck egg is heated in the detoxified sulfur water for 5 to 7min.
