MICROORGANISMS FOR THE DECOMPOSITION OF FOODSTUFFS AND MICROBIAL SEEDING COMPOSITION FOR FERMENTATION COMPRISING NUTRIENTS FOR THE STIMULATION OF PROPAGATING THE MICROORGANISMS

PURPOSE: Microorganisms for the decomposition of foodstuffs and a microbial seeding composition for fermentation comprising nutrients for the stimulation of propagating the microorganisms are provided, thereby effectively treating and disposing foodstuffs because the microorganisms have improved foodstuff decomposition activity and bad smell removing activity, so that environmental pollution by foodstuffs can be prevented. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism for the decomposition of foodstuffs is selected from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SBB-291, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus paracasei and Pichia deserticola SYB-81. The microbial seeding composition for fermentation comprises microorganism-cultured medium and 0.1 to 5.0% of nutrients for the stimulation of propagating the microorganisms, wherein the nutrients contain 0.5 to 3.0% of glucose, 0.1 to 1.0% of soybean powder and 0.1 to 1.0% of MgSO4; and the microorganism is one or more ones selected from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SBB-291, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus paracasei and Pichia deserticola SYB-81.
