SPECIAL VEHICLE FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOST BY INSTANTLY TREATING FOOD WASTE AND ORGANIC WASTES IN AGRICULTURAL/LIVESTOCK/MARINE PRODUCT INDUSTRIES AT THE GENERATION PLACE OF THE WASTES

PURPOSE: Provided is a special vehicle for manufacturing compost by instantly treating food waste and organic wastes in agricultural/livestock/marine product industries at the generation place of the wastes. CONSTITUTION: The vehicle comprises: a circular reactor(52) which is located on the top of frame(51), and into which various organic wastes such as food waste, wastes in agricultural/livestock/marine product industries, human/livestock excrements, sewage sludge, died livestock, died fishes/shells are input; an inlet(53) which is opened/closed by the third cylinder; and an elevator(60) which elevates a storage container(40) containing the organic wastes and inputs the organic wastes into the reactor(52) through the inlet(53). A discharge passage formed by a bent part is located at the lower part of the reactor(52). A transfer screw for discharging an organic limestone-treated fertilizer is located at the discharge passage in the longitudinal direction of the reactor(52). A stirrer is located in the inner center of the reactor(52) in the longitudinal direction of the reactor(52), for smooth reaction of limestone. An outlet for discharging the produced fertilizer is located at the lower part of one side of the reactor(52). A thermometer(59a) and manometer(59b) which measure and display internal reaction temperature and pressure are located at one side of the upper part of the reactor(52). An automatic pressure regulating valves(56a,56b) for discharging a high pressure steam generated by reaction of organic waste and limestone and controlling an internal pressure of the reactor(52) are located at the other side of the upper part of the reactor(52). A stirring motor(74) which transmits a power by belt(75c) and pulleys(75a,75b) and simultaneously rotates the stirrer and transfer screw, is located at one side of the top of the frame(51). A packing which keeps an inside of the reactor airtight when the reactor is closed, is located at both ends of the inlet(53).
